Are you a master of mixology with a flair for crafting bold, unforgettable cocktails? Good Folk is on the hunt for a vibrant Bartender to shake things up with inventive drinks and off-the-beaten-path wines. If you thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences and bringing flavors to life, we want you behind our bar!

Duties and responsibilities:
Craft and serve expertly balanced cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the guest experience.
Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests while managing the bar and dining area.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Ensure compliance with Alberta liquor legislation and enforce responsible service practices.
Take and manage multiple drink orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Work alongside the culinary team to provide seamless food and beverage pairings.
Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency.
Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.
Skills and Experience:
A bartender with a passion for mixology, hospitality, and exceptional service.
Prior bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume setting.
Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, and global wines.
ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive team player who takes pride in their craft and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
