Full job description
Primary Function: The HR Admin & Benefits Coordinator provides comprehensive support for CRMR's HR operations and benefits administration. This role manages employee benefits programs while assisting with HR administration and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

v HR Administration

Maintain employee records confidentially including personnel files and benefits documentation
Process and track employee status changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
Create and distribute company-wide newsletter and internal communications
Manage company-wide email communications and announcements
Maintain and distribute monthly company directory updates
Coordinate employee recognition programs including:
o Processing and tracking staff 6-month accommodation vouchers

o Managing employee work anniversary celebrations and recognition

o Coordinating other employee engagement initiatives

Support execution of HR projects and daily requests
Ensure positive employee experience through timely correspondence
Assist in the recruitment process including reference check and new hire coordination as needed
v Benefits Administration

Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee benefits programs including health, dental, life insurance, and disability
Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes while ensuring accuracy of all benefits data
Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and claims resolution
Maintain benefits documentation and ensure compliance with policy requirements
Coordinate with insurance providers
Conduct benefits orientation for new employees as needed
Requirements/Experience:

· 1+ years experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, or related field preferred

· Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong verbal and written communication abilities

· Experience maintaining sensitive employee information confidentially

· Collaborative team player who takes initiative on projects
