Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Take drink orders from customers or servers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat business.
Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Proven bartending experience with a solid understanding of drink recipes and techniques.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Experience in cash handling and cashiering within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
