Sudden Sally is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee our evening service and bar operations. The role requires strong leadership, bar management expertise, and a commitment to executing our vision with excellence and investing in our long-term success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the evening team, driving sales through exceptional service and efficiency.
Oversee bar operations, including ordering, liquor inventory management, and cost control.
Maintain and enhance restaurant policies, service standards, and training materials.
Ensure staff uphold professional standards and provide prompt, friendly service.
Support BCP vision, executing directives without altering operational decisions.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including reviewing timecards, updating punches, and closing out the day.
Enforce liquor laws and health and safety regulations.
Assist the team by performing bartending and service duties as needed.
Additional duties assigned to help meet guest and business needs.
Skills and Experience:
Prior leadership experience in a bar or evening service setting.
Strong ability to motivate, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
Passion for hospitality with a focus on guest experience and sales growth.
Minimum 2 years experience as a cocktail bartender or bar supervisor.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
ProServe Certification (or ability to obtain).
Willingness to work a full-time night schedule (1 or 2 PM – close, approximately 9 PM).
