Join Our Team: Ebike Guide and Activity Reservation Agent

Are you passionate about the outdoors, customer service, and adventure? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Ebike Guide and Activity Reservation Agent!

We’re a vibrant and growing company that offers exciting outdoor experiences. Our mission is to provide memorable adventures for our guests, whether they’re cruising through scenic trails on an ebike or booking their next thrilling activity with us.

Position Overview:
As an Ebike Guide and Activity Reservation Agent, you’ll wear two hats: leading guests on unforgettable ebike tours through Banff and managing activity reservations. You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sharing your knowledge of local trails, and ensuring seamless bookings for a variety of exciting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ebike Guide: Lead guided ebike tours, providing fun, informative, and safe experiences for guests of all levels.
Activity Reservations: Manage incoming activity reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes and coordinating with guests to tailor their adventures.
Provide guests with recommendations on activities, routes, and equipment based on their preferences.
Assist with customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring the best possible experience from start to finish.
Ensure all rental equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and promote a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive and energetic attitude.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Previous experience in reservations or sales roles is an advantage.
A love for adventure, exploration, and creating unforgettable experiences!
Requirements:

Experience with ebikes or outdoor guiding is a plus.
Must be comfortable on an E-bike and giving guests bike instructions
· Interpretive Guide Association’s Apprentice Guide

· Knowledge of the local area including history and nature

First Aid + CPR
Full Driver’s license & clean Driver’s abstract
Valid Canadian Visa

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
