Are you an enthusiastic and adventurous individual ready to help others experience the beauty of the Rockies? At Banff Adventures, we specialize in curating unforgettable itineraries for visitors, along with offering a diverse range of winter rentals and bike rentals in the summer months.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for enthusiastic team members with experience in sales or customer service. If you're passionate about connecting with people and sharing your love for the outdoors, this role is perfect for you! The position involves equipment rentals, so a hands-on attitude is key. Experience with bike rentals or personal bike knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests seeking activity reservations and rentals.
Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell activities and packages.
Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Assist guests with rentals by providing expert advice on equipment, as well as trail recommendations.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Location: You’ll be working in our vibrant Banff store located in the Bison Courtyard, 211 Bear Street, Banff.
Commitment: We are looking for a full-time activity agent, ideally someone that is willing to commit until September 2025.
