What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home builds and renovations. We're looking for a professional who's able to execute both on-site and in the office. Key responsibilities include:

Lead trades, suppliers, and site staff to deliver exceptional results, this role requires a dynamic leader who seamlessly balances execution with coaching-knowing when to train, guide, or step in to get the job done.
Managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes while leveraging construction management software, the ideal PM anticipates next steps and guides clients and co-workers with a data-driven, logistical approach.
Coordinating all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
Communicating consistently with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
Problem-solving and resolving challenges efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional approach as an ambassador of Alair's Values.
What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in custom homes or luxury renovations. Start to finish commercial experience will be considered.
Education: A post-secondary diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. A trade ticket will be viewed as valuable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple teams and foster collaboration across all levels.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
