All in the Wild is a leader in wildlife photography with six galleries located across Canada. Our galleries feature the images and experiences of world-renowned photographer, Jason Leo Bantle. Our mission is to bring an appreciation, awareness and respect of nature to all those who visit our galleries. The Alberta Gallery Manager position is responsible for upholding the company’s vision and mission, ensuring that our Banff and Canmore galleries provide the highest level of customer service possible and maintaining a professional, enthusiastic and effective sales team. This position is responsible for achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead and maintain a professional, trained and motivated sales team at our Banff and Canmore galleries.
Ensure that all gallery staff are effectively trained in AITW’s unified selling philosophy and operations processes/protocols, to create positive customer experiences and relationships.
In-gallery sales.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Adhere to gallery wage expense and gallery labour hours targets.
Implement new and innovative ideas to increase team sales.
Ensure that optimal inventory levels are maintained, in order to continuously meet gallery sales requirements and customer expectations.
Implement positive changes for brand recognition.
Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and consistent growth in our customer base.
Assess customers’ needs and identify emerging trends.
Assist in the creation of new product offerings and content
Assist in the selection of the galleries product portfolio and displays.
Take the lead in establishing corporate partnerships in Alberta.
Maintain the integrity and quality of the gallery inventory.
Organize promotional in-gallery functions and special events, such as the launch of new images.
Serve as a liaison to our customers and community.
Requirements:

5 years successful experience in a sales management role in a high-end retail space, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong commitment to nature conservation.
Solid communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Previous successful management and training of sales teams
Prior hands-on experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Professional work ethic.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
