· Ordering from suppliers to maintain our inventory of office products and supplies involves monitoring stock levels and price comparison.

· Negotiating terms with suppliers to ensure profitable and timely purchases.

· Processing sales transactions, maintaining cash records, and preparing bank deposits.

· Providing versatile administrative support, including managing emails and phone calls, record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

· Engaging in delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries.

· Offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
