The Perfect Candidate:

Several years of Customer Service Experience.
Great team leader and coach. Prior supervisory experience very beneficial
Naturally friendly and positive – enjoys working with people and offering leadership to a team
Has creative ideas and enthusiastic about learning and teaching
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and with others and can lead a team without supervision
Reliable team member who genuinely cares about their customers and team
Strong right-hand and support for the MGR
Ability to motivate and create a enthusiastic selling environment for the team to reach sales goals
Responsibilities Include:

Deliver Excellent Customer Service to guests
Empower team members, take initiative & achieve results
Help customers find what they need, make suggestions and achieve sales targets
Ensure the store is bright and inviting. Assist with merchandising displays and promotions
Coach and train junior staff and help build a fun and rewarding team environment
Assist with recruiting, hiring, training and developing new team members
Opening and closing the store during scheduled shifts
Assist with inventory management - ability to process stock deliveries and supplier shipments
Responsible to assist Manager with timesheets, scheduling, customer requests, team management and daily operations
Respond to Head Office in regards to daily operations, meeting sales targets, scheduling budgets
