Compensation:
The wage for this position is $19.50/hour.

What will you do in this job?:
Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace while enforcing all safety procedures

Support, train, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the team provides an interactive and professional guest experience, aiming above and beyond our guests’ expectations
Cover front line roles and directly serve our guests.
Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areas
Act in a manner so that every guest interaction is treated as an opportunity to “WOW” the guest, and that any guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest
Maintain friendly, professional relationships with all Pursuit employees
Collaborate with Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator to coordinate staffing, training, and development
Carries out duties as assigned by Operations Manager
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences

Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
Proven history of safe work practices

Strong customer service skills
Demonstrates key leadership qualities
Ability to reason, react, and listen with quick, thoughtful judgement, while remaining calm under pressure
Lift operations experience an asset
Computer knowledge and experience
First Aid Training and Driver’s license an asset

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
