Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Commission, Other Benefits

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Setting: Retail establishment
Supervisory Experience: Retail salespersons and sales clerks, Cashiers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory
Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Own Tools/Equipment: Fax machine
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking
Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less

Essential Skills: Numeracy, Communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning


Languages: English
