About Us

Purity Cleaning Company is a fast growing residential, commercial and short-term rental cleaning service proudly serving Alberta. We are expanding our Banff and Canmore service areas and are looking for reliable, detail oriented cleaners who take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Job Summary

We are hiring independent contractors to complete residential cleans, commercial cleans, and vacation rental turnovers in the Banff and Canmore region. This role is perfect for cleaners who want flexible scheduling, consistent work opportunities, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Complete high quality residential , vacation rental cleanings, and commercial cleanings
Follow company checklists and service standards
Arrive on time and communicate clearly with our team
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all client homes
Submit before and after photos for each job
Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Track availability accurately
Requirements

Previous professional residential or Airbnb cleaning experience
Reliable transportation
Cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Consistent communication through text and the provider app
Availability on weekends is an asset
Must reside in or near Banff or Canmore
Must carry an active liability insurance policy
Must be able to pass a background check
Pay

Earn between $25 and $35 per hour depending on job type and efficiency
Travel fees included for designated service areas
Higher rates for deep cleans and urgent bookings
