We are seeking a part time Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. You will be the first face our clients see when they walk in the doors. There will be lots of time spent interacting with all of our patients and responding to various inquiries - no two days are the same! You will be a big part of our practice and ensuring we are able to provide the best care in the Bow Valley.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly manor to provide advice and help with product related questions - providing referrals to pharmacists where appropriate
Provide customer service by triaging requests, answering telephones, and greeting patients
Managing customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
Operate point of sales terminal, handle cash and credit/debit transactions.
Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems by ordering, receiving, and returning expired product
Handling customer prescription pick up
Assist with other pharmacy operations as required
Requirements

Must be living in the Bow Valley
Previous retail sales experience is an asset
Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
Strong oral communication skills
Available 16hrs / week during store hours Monday-Friday
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
