Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Tour and Airport Transfer Driver, where your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable journeys for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and friendly transportation services to travelers and visitors. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will ensure every passenger feels valued and well cared for from pickup to drop-off. Responsibilities

Safely operate passenger vehicles for airport transfers and guided tours, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing any inquiries or special requests
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively at all times
Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Communicate clearly with passengers in multiple languages if applicable, enhancing the overall guest experience
Share interesting information about local attractions or points of interest during tours, engaging guests with lively narration and public speaking skills
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and keep vehicles clean and well-maintained
Requirements

Valid driver’s Class 4 Drivers license with a clean driving record; experience in passenger transport preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening, to connect confidently with guests
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Proven time management skills to adhere to tight schedules without compromising safety or service quality
Experience in teaching or guiding groups is a plus, showcasing your ability to educate while entertaining passengers
