Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Taxi Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively. This role offers an opportunity to serve the community while ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout each trip.

Duties

Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations promptly and efficiently
Greet passengers courteously and assist with boarding, luggage, and seating arrangements as needed
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle, including routine inspections and minor maintenance
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide change when necessary
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations
Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and mileage for reporting purposes
Manage scheduling to ensure timely pickups and arrivals, demonstrating effective time management skills
Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, fares, and estimated arrival times
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license preferred
Proven experience in driving, preferably in a professional or transportation setting
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent time management abilities to meet schedules reliably
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Knowledge of local streets, traffic patterns, and navigation tools
Ability to pass background checks and comply with all safety regulations
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license for at least three years
This position is essential for providing dependable transportation services while ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. We value punctuality, professionalism, and excellent customer interactions from our drivers.
