Evening Line Cook – Coyotes Southwestern Grill

Coyotes Southwestern Grill is hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our evening kitchen team. We’re looking for skilled cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in putting out great food. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

About the Role:

Shifts begin at 4:00pm and finish around 10:00pm (9:00pm close + cleanup).
You’ll be responsible for some food prep, setting up the hotline for service, a la carte dinner service and closing duties.
Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar kitchen setting. More experience is always welcome.
What You’ll Get:

Competitive hourly wage plus cash tips (typically $2–$4/hr).

What You’ll Do:

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Coyotes’ proven recipes and standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures throughout your shift.
Keep your workstation clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with other cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada; we are not sponsoring foreign workers at this time.
Staff housing is not available.
