We’re looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager to set the tone for our refreshing mountain retreat. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural coach. You’ll train and empower your team to deliver thoughtful service and share an authentically local view of Banff with our guests. You'll organize FD systems and processes to support our revenue and experience goals. Collaborating with colleagues across the business, you'll make sure a stay at The Juniper is uplifting from start to finish.
