Do you love variety in your workday? Are you passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences while surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Banff National Park? We're looking for a Lodgehand to join our incredible team!

As a Lodgehand, you'll be a jack-of-all-trades, helping out wherever needed – from greeting guests at the front desk to serving up smiles in our café, keeping our gift shop looking fabulous, or supporting our restaurant team during busy times. No two days are the same, and your positive attitude will make every guest feel like family.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs at the front desk.
Provide outstanding service in our café and gift shop – recommend a latte or help find the perfect souvenir!
Pitch in with restaurant tasks during peak times, from clearing tables to supporting the team behind the scenes.
Ensure all guest spaces are clean, organized, and inviting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills – you’re the friendly face of the lodge!
