Strategic Collaboration:

Work with our leadership team to align account growth efforts with broader company goals.
Collaborate on partner-facing materials to ensure alignment and impactful messaging.
Share insights on market trends and competitor activity to inform future strategies.
Sales Process Optimization:

Refine and improve B2C sales processes to boost performance and lead conversion.
Ensure all public and private product information is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
What you'll bring to the adventure:

Connector Extraordinaire: You’re a natural at building relationships and creating win-win scenarios.
Strategic & Proactive: You love a challenge and can see the bigger picture while handling the details.
Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and can align efforts to achieve shared goals.
Go-Getter: You’re driven, resourceful, and love rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
Adaptable: You’re comfortable switching gears and seizing opportunities as they arise.
5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in tourism or hospitality.
A proven track record of growing key accounts and securing new business.
Experience with group travel or corporate retreats is a bonus but not required.
A deep understanding of the Canadian Rockies tourism market.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics, and the ins and outs of sales processes.
The Finer Details:

Location: Based in the Bow Valley (Banff/Canmore) with hybrid flexibility (you'll have a desk in our office in Banff but you're welcome to work remotely at times).
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week, with some travel required for trade shows and meetings across Canada and internationally.
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 base salary depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-based bonuses or profit sharing.
Benefits: Group health and dental, paid travel for trade shows and sales missions, and access to Radventures gear on days off.
