Full job description
What will be your daily pursuit?:
Your daily pursuit is supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

What will your compensation be?:
The starting salary for this role is dependent on experience.

What will you do in this job?:
Support Lake Minnewanka Leadership team & General Manager with admin tasks
Office management, admin supply orders and accurate invoice tracking
Communicate and update staff notice boards, and social media page
Support orientation for all new hires
Act as a primary point of contact to issue and maintain inventory for uniforms and nametags
Complete and process all required paperwork
Keep staff list and employee files organized and up to date
Coordinate all colleague and supervisor training sessions
Ensure off-boarding tasks are completed in a timely manner
Coordinate and actively participate in Lake Minnewanka committees
Organize first aid courses and other internal and external trainings
Staff booking requests for Pursuit attractions, lodging & transportation
Provide team with support and information relating to company perks and benefits
Plan, promote and organize social events for Lake Minnewanka employees
Coordinate staff recognition programs
Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Health & Safety and Always Honest Policy
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Self-starter that has the confidence and ability to work independently and can think proactively
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, a confident public speaker
Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision and complete within deadlines
Demonstrate high levels of positive energy and a willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities and assignments - strives to go beyond what is expected
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required)
Passion for employee and guest safety, Health and Safety experience is an asset
First Aid Training an asset
An effective communicator between leaders and other departments, as well as businesses within Pursuit
Driven to fostering a strong team, building a healthy company culture, and creating positive experiences for employees and guests alike
Engaging and inspiring; able to coordinate large groups in various employee events
Ability to listen and collaborate with many departments and various needs for their teams to ensure operational successes
