We're seeking a Group Sales Manager to join us at Banff Hospitality Collective on a maternity leave coverage contract until April 15, 2026. Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 16 venues and counting. Group Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position supports group bookings of up to 250 guests at the following venues: Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant, Hello Sunshine, Bluebird Restaurant, The Maple Leaf, The Balkan, Park Distillery, The Bison, Chuck’s Steakhouse, Pizzaria Sophia & High Rollers.

What You'll Do:

Respond to assigned group leads in a professional and guest-forward manner within 48 hours
Achieve client needs through follow-up questions, proposing venue alternatives when needed and quoting rates
Coordinate contract and process event deposit to confirm booking
Coordinate all event details with the client to ensure a seamless experience
Prepare a banquet event order to effectively communicate all event details to front and back of house teams
What You Have:

Previous experience in front of house, events or sales required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to work systematically, and follow departmental processes.
Competent with all Microsoft Office programs, administrative systems and departmental event software (once onboarded).
Ability to work effectively with other members of the sales team and with venue teams, communicate clearly & regularly to ensure groups are well planned and running smoothly.
Strong written skills, and ability to communicate professionally with clients.
