Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper/Night House person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. And a little background in maintenance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors in guest rooms and public areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms and handling guest requests efficiently.
Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence while interacting with guests courteously.
Attending minor guests maintenance concerns at night.
Experience

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
