Ready to take the lead at Banff’s newest dining destination? Good Folk, located in the Otter Hotel, is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help us create unforgettable guest experiences. Your Role
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our vision to life. Here’s what you’ll do:
Partner with the General Manager to oversee FOH operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly.
Lead, train, and inspire our FOH team to deliver outstanding service with every guest interaction.
Help craft a creative beverage program that pairs perfectly with our menu and enhances the dining experience.
Take charge of daily tasks like scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining service standards.
Foster a supportive, fun, and inclusive workplace where everyone thrives.
