Scope

To create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service in our Primrose Restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities
Have complete knowledge of the Primrose Restaurant food and beverage menus
Provide table service from start to finish including taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders, and taking payment
Enter food and beverage items into POS system
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift
Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and a harmonious work environment
Follow Health and Safety program and procedures
Other related duties as assigned
Physical Demands
Constant standing and walking
Occasional reaching above shoulder height
Frequent reaching below shoulder height
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 11 pounds / 5 kg
Occasional lifting up to 22 pounds / 10 kg
Occasional exposure to hot, damp, environments
Qualifications
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
Alberta ProServe Certification
2 years of experience serving in an a la carte restaurant
Knowledgeable in a variety of wines and spirits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to competently prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Cash handling skills
