Scope To provide guests with a memorable experience while enjoying our exceptional Larkspur Lounge. Duties & Responsibilities Have complete knowledge of the department food and beverage menus Provide courteous and efficient table service Take guest orders and enter into POS system Serve food and beverages to guests Work Bartending shifts as scheduled Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and a harmonious work environment Follow Health and Safety program and procedures Physical Demands Requires constant walking and standing Frequent lifting and carrying up to 11 pounds / 5 kg Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 pounds / 10 kg Qualifications Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent Alberta ProServe Certification 2 years' experience serving in an a la carte restaurant or lounge setting Bartending experience is an asset Well-rounded knowledge of cocktails, martinis, and specialty drinks required Basic wine knowledge Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick table turnover Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Customer-service oriented Thank you for your interest in joining our team!
