What will be your daily pursuit?:
Crafting local Alberta favorites to fuel our guests in their explorations of the park!

This job is posted as part of our hiring for spring/summer 2024.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this role is $18.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?:
Prep ingredients for high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
Organize prep station and cold line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
Maintain effective communication with service staff, front of house management, and culinary management team
Assist other team members where necessary
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Perform other duties as requested by management
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
1-2 year culinary experience preferred
Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Organized with a great eye for detail
Calm demeanor with problem solving capabilities
Ability to anticipate, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks at once
Kind to others and always bring your best
A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
Relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
