Description The Reception & Group Services Assistant helps create an amazing guest experience for every group that comes to Sunshine Village. This role supports the general & executive offices and assists with groups and events at the resort. This is a seasonal, full-time position from December, 2022 to May, 2023. This role might be right for you if you enjoy: Reception and administrative functions: Managing and overseeing all processes, correspondence, and appointments at the reception desk Managing, issuing, and tracking Contra, Corporate, Contractor and Complimentary Ticket issuances Performing a broad range of administrative duties including daily revenue and cash reports, timely and accurate documentation of meetings, schedules, and internal reports Supporting the executive team with managing events and corporate accounts Group Services support: Working alongside the Group Services Coordinator as a designated, on-mountain contact to ensure arrival, stay, and departure for all groups is a seamless process Coordinating group functions, processing payments and product distribution, preparing tickets and vouchers, meeting and greeting guests, reviewing itineraries, and acting as a knowledgeable resort guide Assisting with event planning, set up and implementation Consistent, ongoing communication with groups, prior to and during their resort visit And you have: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) Availability to work flexible schedules e.g., some weekends, holidays, and extended hours may be required Customer service experience Can’t wait to get started?
