SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the full-time, seasonal role of Reservations Agent & Adventure Hub Associate to join our team. This position will be split between the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub and Reservations teams. This role works closely with all SkiBig3 departments, Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Mt Norquay, local hotels throughout Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore, and various tourism partners and suppliers.

Reporting to the Reservations and Adventure Hub Supervisors, this dynamic split role combines sales, guest service, and tourism operations. You'll help guests plan unforgettable Banff ski vacations while also supporting rentals, activities, and retail sales at the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the Canadian Rockies.

Position Details:

Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal
Season Dates: September 2026 through end of April 2027
Location: Banff & Canmore, AB
Wage: $18.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour retention bonus paid upon successful completion of the seasonal contract (effective rate of $19.50/hour).
Hours: Approximately 37.5 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Hub Associate Responsibilities:

Greet customers and determining their needs
Assist customers with rentals, resort products, attractions, and partner activities.
Support customers through strong retail product knowledge.
Troubleshoot any issues or concerns
Accurately process end of day procedures
Communicate and work effectively with all activity partners and resort staff
Reservations Agent Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, and email
Generate quotes in reservations booking system for individual ski vacation packages including lodging, lift tickets, ski rental, snow school, transportation and non-skiing activities
Consult with guests and tailor custom packages to suit their needs
Convert quotes into confirmed bookings and upsell additional products where possible
Troubleshoot any issues or concerns with guest’s travel itineraries
Monitor and respond to Live Chat inquiries and online guest leads to generate ski vacation bookings
Conduct follow-up phone calls to confirm trip details, determine booking status, and collect overdue payments
Additional duties may include ticketing support and SkiBig3 Snow School administrative support
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in a resort-based reservations or inbound call centre environment is considered an asset
Previous retail and reservation sales experience – Travel/ Tourism industry highly regarded
Friendly, outgoing personality with exceptional guest service skills.
Time management skills, ability to independently manage own time
Extensive local knowledge including Banff Lake Louise ski resorts and Bow Valley Hotels is desirable
Exceptional communication skills and phone manner
Demonstrated computer skills - strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), knowledge of retail operating systems, is an asset.
Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to troubleshoot guest problems
Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing work environments
Other Requirements:

Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and be prepared to relocate to or reside within the Bow Valley region prior to their start date.
Valid working visa/work permit required
Valid Canadian driver’s license an asset
Must be available to work weekends, statutory holidays, and peak periods including Christmas, New Year's, Family Day, and Spring Break.
