Location - Banff, Canada

Salary - CA$109-112k + bonus

Benefits - MDV, PTO, 401k, relocation assistance (up to 3 weeks stay at hotel if a family, 3 months employee housing if a single employee with no pets, + up to $4k relo reimbursement)

Seeking a refined Executive Sous Chef with fine dining, high volume and multi venue background.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Executive Sous experience at a Luxury Forbes Hotel or Michelin type of restaurant
Strong leader with large team management
Solid tenure
Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations for the hotel, including all 12 venues and BQT's
Develop refined, luxury-level menus and oversee food quality, presentation, sourcing, and consistency across every guest touchpoint.
Manage and mentor the team while controlling labor, food cost, inventory.
Pay: $109,000.00-$112,000.00 per year
