Join our Front Desk team and help create exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
We’re looking for a friendly, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in fast-paced environments. Every day is different — you’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, make reservations, solve problems and share your local knowledge. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure every guest feels genuinely welcome.
What you’ll bring
A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence, organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.
A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Previous hotel, front desk or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude matters most.
What you’ll do
Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments and guest requests.
Answer calls and provide helpful local recommendations.
Communicate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
