Are you someone who loves flowers, luxury retail, hotels, weddings, marketing, or building something special?

We're looking for the right person—not just to fill a position, but to help us grow. This role is flexible and can be tailored to your strengths, whether your background is in floral design, wedding planning, hospitality, marketing, social media, or business development.

About Us

Herringtons Luxury Floral Design has proudly served the Bow Valley for over six years, creating luxury florals for weddings, corporate events, hotels, and special occasions. We're passionate about exceptional customer service, beautiful design, and creating memorable experiences.

The Role

Approximately 2–5 days per week, with flexibility depending on the candidate.

Your week may include:

Working 2 days in our Banff boutique serving customers and creating beautiful displays.
Spending up to 3 days focused on marketing and business growth, including:
Building relationships with hotels and local businesses
Wedding and event outreach
Corporate sales
Social media and content creation
Community partnerships
Helping expand the Herringtons brand throughout the Bow Valley
September Requirement

The successful candidate must be available full-time for the first three weeks of September

We'd Love to Meet Someone Who Has:

Hotel or hospitality experience
Wedding or event planning experience
Floral experience (an asset, but we can train the right person)
Marketing, sales, or business development experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and organization
A positive, creative, self-motivated attitude
