Are you warm, organized, and love making people feel welcome? We're looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our busy massage therapy clinic. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a calm and positive environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you!

This role is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a relaxed, professional workplace where you'll genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Hours

Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 4:00 or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00 or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approximately 15–20 hours per week . Hours are somewhat flexible depending on the schedule, and some shifts may finish as early as 6:00 PM.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting clients with a warm, friendly smile
Booking and confirming appointments
Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
Processing payments and managing the front desk
Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
Light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and relaxing clinic environment
We're Looking For Someone Who

Has outstanding customer service skills
Is reliable, punctual, and dependable
Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Is organized and able to multitask
Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
Housekeeping or cleaning experience would also be considered an asset, as maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic is an important part of the role.
