Position Overview:

To support servers through clearing, serving, anticipating guest needs. To maintain high standards of hospitality, presentation and cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clear dishes; serve food and water timely.
Relay orders, dietary requests to servers
Assist servers on busy days with table resets, prep, teardowns.
Assist in general duties during high volume periods with reservations.
Attend to guest requests with care and urgency.
Keep the restaurant area tidy, stocked and organized.
Comply with appearance standards per employee handbook.
Adhere to safety regulations and Service Excellence principles.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements/Experience:

Restaurant customer service experience preferred.
Responsible with ability to multi-task effectively
Guest focused with polished communication skills.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
Physical ability for prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 lbs.
Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
