Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant Reliever/Housekeeping to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay while supporting our breakfast service operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service and efficient housekeeping practices.

Duties

Assist with breakfast service by setting up, replenishing food stations, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the morning shift
Relieve housekeeping staff by cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
Handle food preparation tasks such as setting up buffet stations, serving guests, and managing food safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas including sanitizing surfaces, washing dishes, and disposing of waste properly
Support guest services by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort during their stay
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for food and beverage transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow all food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Experience

Previous food service experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is highly desirable
Experience with customer service roles that involve interaction with guests or customers
Knowledge of kitchen operations including food handling, meal preparation, and cleaning routines
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cashiering transactions
Background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
