Herringtons Luxury Floral Design – Banff, Alberta

We're hiring a Casual Floral & Retail Team Member to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours while working in a creative, fast-paced environment surrounded by beautiful flowers and luxury gifts.

About Us

Herringtons Luxury Floral Design has proudly served the Bow Valley for over six years, creating stunning florals for weddings, luxury hotels, corporate events, and everyday celebrations.

What You'll Do

Assist customers in our boutique
Process floral and gift purchases
Help with merchandising and maintaining beautiful displays
Support with floral preparation and basic design (training provided)
Assist with deliveries and special events as needed
Help keep the shop organized, clean, and welcoming
What We're Looking For

Friendly and reliable
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Retail, hospitality, or floral experience is an asset—but not required
Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
September Availability

Candidates must be available to work full-time for the first three weeks of September. After that, the position returns to a casual, flexible schedule, with shifts available based on business needs and your availability.
