Do you love travel, connecting with people and creating memorable guest experiences?

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests planning their Banff getaway. You’ll use your knowledge of BCP’s hotels, packages, products and services to help guests find the perfect stay and turn enquiries into bookings.
You’ll communicate with guests, travel agents and FIT partners by phone and email, providing knowledgeable, friendly and personalised service throughout the booking process.

What you’ll be doing
Answer guest and travel partner enquiries by phone and email in a professional and engaging manner.
Build rapport, understand guest needs and confidently convert enquiries into bookings.
Sell BCP’s hotels, packages, products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance stays.
Use your knowledge of BCP offerings and Banff to make relevant recommendations.
Process reservations, deposits, payments, confirmations and special requests accurately.
Explain booking terms, conditions, cancellation policies and check-in information.
Work closely with Front Office, booking partners and wholesalers to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain accurate reservation and guest information in our systems.
What you’ll bring

Excellent written and verbal English.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Previous customer service, sales or reservations experience is an asset.
Hospitality property management system experience is an asset.
A willingness to learn and be part of a positive team.
