We’re looking for passionate Registered Massage Therapists to join our busy hotel spa teams in Banff. Working in a serene mountain setting, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation treatments to guests from around the world while building your career in a beautiful destination.
Our spas are busy year-round, offering the opportunity to build a consistent treatment schedule and work across a variety of massage and wellness experiences. You’ll be part of a professional, welcoming team focused on exceptional treatments and memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
Deliver professional, personalized massage treatments
Perform a range of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Lymphatic Drainage
Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
Provide knowledgeable wellness and treatment recommendations
Create a welcoming, relaxing and professional guest experience
Maintain accurate treatment records and follow health and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space
Work collaboratively with the spa team
What We’re Looking For
Registered and in good standing as a Registered Massage Therapist
Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy program
Professional liability insurance and required certifications
Strong knowledge of massage therapy techniques and anatomy
Ability to confidently tailor treatments to individual client needs
Passion for wellness and exceptional guest service
Friendly, professional and personable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
