Join our busy hotel spa teams in Banff and bring your massage therapy skills to a world-class mountain destination. As a Massage Therapist, you’ll provide exceptional treatments to guests from around the world, helping them relax, recover and recharge after a day in the mountains.

What You’ll Do
Deliver personalized massage treatments
Perform a range of massage modalities
Assess client needs and adapt treatments
Create exceptional guest experiences
Provide wellness and treatment recommendations
Maintain treatment records and professional standards
Keep treatment rooms clean and welcoming
Support a positive, professional spa team
What We’re Looking For
Completion of a recognized Massage Therapy qualification or equivalent international training
Relevant massage therapy experience
Strong knowledge of massage techniques and anatomy
Confident delivering a variety of treatments
Passion for wellness and client care
Warm, professional and personable approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized and team-oriented
Ability to meet all applicable spa and employment requirements
