We're building a dining experience that celebrates Canadian ingredients, mountain culture, and unforgettable hospitality. Located in the Otter Hotel in Banff, Good Folk has quickly become one of the town's most talked-about dining destinations, known for refined Canadian cuisine, creative cocktails, and an atmosphere that feels both elevated and approachable.
We're looking for an Executive Chef who is passionate about building teams, developing people and creating food experiences that guests talk about long after they leave.
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team
Drive menu innovation using seasonal and locally inspired ingredients
Create an environment where people want to work, learn and grow
Deliver exceptional quality, consistency and presentation every service
Manage food costs, labour targets and kitchen performance
Collaborate with leadership to continue growing Good Folk's reputation as a premier dining destination
