Behind every great breakfast service is a team of chefs who understand the importance of precision, timing, and consistency. We're looking for a Breakfast Demi Chef who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with quality ingredients, and has the experience and confidence to help deliver an exceptional start to every guest's day.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
Executing a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
Taking ownership of your section to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Assisting with daily prep, production, and menu execution while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Working with the team for day-to-day kitchen operations.
Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements to the kitchen leadership team.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment in line with health and safety standards.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Demi Chef, Chef de Partie, or experienced Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong breakfast cookery skills and confidence executing multiple dishes during busy services.
Excellent knife skills and a solid understanding of cooking techniques.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage your section independently.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for cooking.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and encourage your teammates.
Food Safe certification is an asset (or a willingness to obtain one).
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
