Good Folk is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen immediately. This is an opportunity to work with premium ingredients, contribute to a creative menu, and grow alongside an ambitious culinary team.
We are a chef-driven restaurant focused on bold Canadian flavours, exceptional ingredients, and refined execution. If you take pride in every plate you send out, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
Own and lead your station during service
Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Work with premium proteins, fresh fish, and seasonal ingredients
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
2+ years' culinary experience
Excellent skills in grilling, sautéing, knife work, and protein preparation
Strong understanding of pace, timing, and execution during service
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legally entitled to work in Canada and available for an immediate start
