Full job description
The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This includes managing hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and team morale.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and support FOH team members during shifts.
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-spot coaching or support.
Ensure proper station coverage and staff rotation during busy periods.
Guest Experience:

Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management if necessary.
Ensure the dining area atmosphere aligns with brand standards (lighting, music, cleanliness, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
