Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal.
Maintain professionalism and excellent client care during all interactions.
Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all spa areas, including reception, waiting lounge, and treatment rooms.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on excellent service.

Job Requirements

Completion of a recognized massage therapy program.
Experience in specialized modalities such as cupping, reflexology, reiki or craniosacral therapy is an asset.
Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service role is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for health, wellness, and providing exceptional client service.
