It's the perfect work/life combination. Job Description The Staff Cafeteria Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the staff cafeteria within an organization. This includes managing cafeteria staff, ensuring high-quality food service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and fostering a positive dining experience for employees. Starting Rate: $23.79 per hour We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.28 Job Duties Include: Supervise, train, and support cafeteria staff and cooks, ensuring performance meets established standards. Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and quality control, maintaining compliance with recipes, portioning, and presentation. Oversee daily operations, anticipate upcoming events, and implement initiatives to enhance the employee dining experience. Monitor food storage, handling, sanitation, and equipment cleanliness, addressing safety or maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with the Cafeteria Chef on staff feedback, financial objectives, and maintaining overall standards of service, ambiance, and cafeteria function.
