Good Earth Coffeehouse is looking for Full Time and Part Time team members to join our increasable team. Full Time is 21 – 40 hours per week and Part Time is 10- 21 hours per week. Must be willing to work 6 AM open shifts as well as closing shifts at 9:30 PM finish time, 70% of all our shift starts before 8 AM

The Barista has an Outgoing Personality, who loves people and excels in Customer Service! The Barista is responsible for creating latte art and preparing delicious food while providing an Exceptional Customer Experience. Our Baristas are ambassadors for our Coffeehouse and Banff Community. If customer service gets you excited, then this is the role for you!

This is a Fast Pace, Team Environment where the Barista engages, supports and educates our guests on all our offerings. Must be willing to learn new skills, keep their work environment clean and organized, work well with others, as well as work Independently. Pro- Serve certification is required.

Hourly Salary $15 per hour with %4 vacation pay upfront, pulse gratuities that range from $4 to $6 additional per hour.
