Full job description
We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused bartender to join our team at a fast-paced sports bar. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, knows how to keep the drinks flowing, and creates a fun and welcoming environment for patrons.

Drink Preparation & Service:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
Serve beer on tap and bottled drinks with proper glassware and presentation.
Prepare high-volume orders during peak hours (game nights, weekends, events).
Customer Service:

Greet customers promptly and with a friendly attitude.
Engage with patrons, create a fun vibe, and foster a loyal customer base.
Handle special requests and resolve customer issues professionally.
Cash Handling & POS:

Process payments (cash, credit cards, tabs) using POS systems efficiently.
Balance cash drawer and close out shifts accurately.
Open and close tabs, ensuring proper ID checks and age verification.
Cleanliness & Bar Maintenance:

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
Wash glassware, restock garnishes, napkins, straws, and bar tools.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Sports Bar Atmosphere:

Maintain awareness of televised games and bar events.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during game rushes.
Help set the tone of the bar with music, sports updates, and fan engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
