Job Summary

Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from drinks through to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables and ensuring utensils are stocked.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and efficient communication regarding orders.
Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing guest checks effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest services.
