Job Overview
Mountain Men Mechanics is looking for a Shop Foreman - Automotive Red Seal to work with our current team of mechanics and apprentices to work towards our goal of becoming the best shop on this side of the Mississippi.

What we do:

Mountain Men Mechanics operates out of a large shop in Banff’s industrial compound. We are outfitted with a 100’ pit, two 2 post hoists and one 4 post hoist with an alignment machine. We provide service to the community of Banff and also offer fleet services. This position is about 35% on the tools and diagnosing and 65% supporting the team and managing the Banff Airporter fleet maintenance. We work 50/50 on automotive cars/light trucks and medium duty diesel buses.

Who we want:

We’re after a top tier mechanic who can hit the ground running as a Foreman to our three Automotive Technicians and two apprentices. We need a mechanic who is superior at the trade, someone who is excellent with customers and co-workers. We need reliability and accountability. We’re not looking for a mechanic who is ready to be put out to pasture, rather we’re looking for someone entering the prime of their career. A team leader.

The following need to check out in order to be considered for this position:

- Red Seal with 4+ years of experience

-You must have your own tools

-Clean driving record/background check
