SkiBig3 is currently recruiting for the year-round, full-time position of Business Development Manager to join our team.

Organizational Relationships:

This position will be part of the SkiBig3 Marketing & Sales Team. Working with all other SkiBig3 departments and ski resorts; Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise and Mt Norquay.

Summary Description:

The SkiBig3 Business Development Manager role focuses on increasing sales and expanding market channels for SkiBig3 products. The position is based in Banff and requires working closely with various teams and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities: The main goal is to boost sales of lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and snow school both domestically and internationally, while also developing new markets and business opportunities.
Collaboration and Leadership: In addition to managing the sales team, the role involves collaborating with the SkiBig3 Marketing, reservations, retail/rental, snow school and resort sales leads while ensuring brand consistency across all programs. It also includes working with tourism partners and handling contract negotiations.
Qualifications and Skills: Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, willingness to travel, and good local knowledge of ski resorts. The candidate must reside in the Bow Valley and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
